Is attorney David Nevin serious about defending his client, the alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed?

Ref. Alleged 9/11 plotter disrupts testimony of Pentagon official at Guantánamo by Carol Rosenberg, Miami Herald

If David Nevin were serious about defending his client, he would have followed up on my email of August 23, 2012 (inserted below).

Mr David Nevin
Nevin, Benjamin, McKay & Bartlett LLP

KSM couldn't possibly have masterminded 9/11. 2000+ military, intelligence, industry professionals do not believe the official account of 9/11 -- read what some of them say at http://www.twf.org/News/Y2011/0911-Muslims.html

I have assembled the evidence against the official account at our website, and mailed it to President Obama and others. You may view the evidence by following the links in this letter to the president http://www.twf.org/News/Y2012/0815-Obama.pdf

I have presented earlier versions of this evidence in a 3-week lecture tour of South Africa where I gave talks daily to audiences as large as 1000, appeared on satellite TV, and national radio SAfm.

It has been obvious for many years now, to anyone who bothers to look, that 9/11 was an inside job, and that the person known as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed could not possibly have done what he has 'confessed' to.

Christopher Bollyn (http://www.bollyn.com/eric-holder-the-zionist-agent-the-mastermind-of-911/) points out that the person on trial is not the original (and also innocent) Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, that person having been killed in Pakistan some years ago. The 'KSM' on trial was, to begin with, a feeble-minded character unable to make much sense. After unending and extreme torture - he has been water-boarded 183 times - and after being treated with "undisclosed psychotropic drugs" (http://www.cleveland.com/world/index.ssf/2009/01/terror_suspect_on_psychotropic.html) intended to create false memories and other madness, he seems to now think he is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and that he truly masterminded 9/11. A co-accused, bin al-Shibh, who has suffered similar treatment, proclaimed at an earlier chapter of the trial four years ago, "We don't care about the capital punishment; we are doing jihad for the cause of God," and "We are proud of 9/11."

There is no excuse for David Nevin not knowing all this, and it is not believable that he does not. If Nevin is not allowed to raise these real issues, he should resign and tell the world why. It is a crime against humanity to not submit evidence that 9/11 was an inside job in which there is simply no role that 'KSM' could have played. It is unethical in the extreme to 'defend' this person at face value, as though he were a normal defendant and not the remains of a man.

Dear Mr. Nevin,

How could your client Khalid Sheikh Mohammed have arranged the controlled demolition of WTC-7, a 47-story high rise that was the highest-security building in New York?

Please note that organized crime figure Larry Silverstein, who bought the WTC and doubled its insurance in July 2001, confessed to demolishing WTC-7 on national television.

Here is a three-minute video made by Col. Robert Bowman, a Cal Tech rocket science Ph. D. who ran the Star Wars program under two US presidents: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxmdYOorqs0 Col. Bowman and thousands of similar experts would be happy to testify on behalf of your client's obvious innocence. bob bowman
